The Minnesota Service Cooperatives Board of Directors is comprised of two board members from each member cooperative. Each Service Cooperative employs an Executive Director to administer the Service Cooperative. The Minnesota Service Cooperatives Directors meet together monthly to discuss issues of common interest to their Service Cooperatives. The chairperson of The Minnesota Service Cooperatives is Les Martisko.
